iSpring Professional Certification Guidelines

This certification enables you to master all the features of iSpring’s software, learn how to leverage its benefits effectively, and validate your proficiency in using the course authoring toolkit and learning management system (LMS).

Which login can be used for certification?

You must be certified under your real first and last name. Before proceeding to certification, please ensure that your first and last names both match the information in your account. Certificates with incorrect information will be canceled.

Assessment process

  1. The certification requires the completion of a final assignment and quiz. To receive a certificate, you must successfully complete both. You are allowed 2 attempts to take the quiz.
  2. The final quiz has a time limit, which is displayed on the starting page of the quiz. Additionally, the time remaining to complete the tasks is shown at the top center of the screen throughout the quiz.
  3. It's not possible to pause the quiz and save your progress. However, you can take the quiz a first time to identify the topics that need further review. After refreshing your knowledge in the "Training.Theory" module, you can use your last attempt to pass the quiz.
  4. A detailed report on the final assessment is not provided. But you can receive feedback in the "Training.Practice" certification module. This module includes practical tasks with error analysis and personalized feedback from iSpring Academy experts.

Issuance and cancellation of certificates

  1. The certificate is generated automatically upon successful completion of the certification.
  2. The certificate is valid for 2 years.
  3. The certificate may be revoked if credible evidence suggests it was obtained dishonestly.

How to join the iSpring Talent Hub

You must complete the certification for iSpring Suite or iSpring Learn. After that, within 7 working days, you will be assigned a course from iSpring Academy on the certification platform, providing detailed instructions on how to become a member of the iSpring Talent Hub.

The certification's technical requirements

  1. If you're already using iSpring tools on your computer, you don’t need to download and install them again. You can complete tasks using your personal account. If you haven't used iSpring products before, we will provide trial versions of the tools for certification.
  2. If you are unsure about which version of iSpring Suite to install, you can check the bit capacity of your computer. It's important to match the iSpring Suite bitness with the Windows bitness. So, if you have a 64-bit version of Windows, it is necessary to install the 64-bit version of iSpring Suite, while in other cases, the 32-bit version should be installed.
  3. If you lose your internet connection or close your browser during the quiz, your progress will be saved. You can log back into the certification platform and continue where you left off. Please note that it's not possible to restart the quiz.
