iSpring Learn — What's New
We keep developing iSpring Learn and adding new features so you can delegate training management to the system and focus on your company's horizons.

Work statuses for employees
Set work statuses for employees, so colleagues know where a particular employee is and when to expect them back. For example: on vacation, sick leave, or on a business trip. This facilitates the scheduling of meetings — simply check a colleague's profile and schedule a meeting for a time when they’ve returned.

New status for users: end of employment
Now, when an employee no longer works for the company, administrators can change their status in iSpring Learn to "Employment Ended." You will no longer view them in Org Chart, but their info and data will be preserved.

Link Preview
Instead of mere plain text links, you can create an attractive preview for your learners. The preview includes a title, a brief description, and a picture from the website, if available.

Columns
Refresh the look of your courses and keep your reasoning clear by using this new content block. Add columns and fill them with various types of content: texts, headings, or images. Change your course appearance according to your goals.

Quizzes in Pages
Motivate your employees to study with this new option! Assess their knowledge and get detailed statistics to reveal their weaknesses and strengths.

Newsfeed Comment Page
Involving employees in company processes has become even easier. Now they can share their feedback and comment on the iSpring Learn newsfeed.
They can, for example, thank the HR team for the great organization of a corporate event or ask a question about important news. Their colleagues will see the comment and will be able to respond or leave a reaction.

On-The-Job Training
This new module controls the entire process of on-the-job training — from creating checklists and performing assessments to collecting detailed statistics.
How it works: a supervisor or manager observes workers’ actions in real time and fills in the observation sheets. Upon completion of the assessment, employees can get feedback, review the results, and prepare in advance for the next training session.
The results of on-the-job training will help managers check the performance of each employee. iSpring Learn will highlight all important aspects.
On-the-job training is available exclusively for Business subscriptions.

Course Question Notifications
Now, trainers will learn about new questions about their courses promptly and be able to answer them quickly. When a question is added, iSpring Learn will send an email notification. That way, trainers will no longer need to spend time searching for new questions, and learners will feel more engaged in the training process.
When an employee asks a question, the trainer will receive an email notification immediately. Notifications on replies posted by other users will not be sent to their email.
The author of the question will also receive push and email notifications that they’ve received a reply. Thus, a timely response from the trainer will help them understand the topic more quickly.

Flexible Design Settings in Pages
This update is extremely useful for those who create online courses in iSpring Learn. There are now more design options for building great-looking interactive pages. You can change the background color of blocks to highlight important information and adjust spacing to make content easier to perceive.
All the settings of Pages are located on the sidebar so you can keep everything at hand. There, you can change the color and padding of the block, edit flashcards and notes, change a text style, and more.

Certificates Report in iSpring Learn
We’ve added a new "Certificates" report functionality in iSpring Learn! This report will show which employees have a particular certificate and when it expires.
For example, in manufacturing companies, an employee can only start working if they have completed training and received a certificate. The certificate report will show if an employee is authorized to perform a certain job and help track expiring certificates for retraining or recertification purposes.
